Every homeowner I’ve ever met has a list. Small things that piled up over months or years — the door that never quite closed right, the frames still in the closet, the caulk that’s seen better decades. I started JS Handyman because that list deserves someone who takes it seriously.
With more than a decade of residential property management behind me, I know which small things stay small and which turn into big things if you leave them alone. Whether that list has been growing since your last houseguest, since retirement, or since forever — no judgment here. That’s the whole job.
Every visit comes with an estimate before I start, a clear price when we agree, and a house left cleaner than I found it. If it needs a licensed electrician or plumber, I’ll tell you honestly and can coordinate that too. No upsell, no wasted time.
